八ヶ岳アートブックフェア 〜秋祭り 本も人もね はらひらと〜 は、ゆったりとした時間が流れる八ヶ岳に、地元・他地域のアーティスト、出版社、書店、ギャラリー 、そして農家、養鶏場、猟師など広義な意味でのクリエイター、共謀者などが交差する場をつくるアートブックフェアという名のお祭りです。八ヶ岳の雄大な自然とGASBONのひろびろとした空間のなかで、この地域を愛する人々とともに、新たな創造と対話を生み出します。

会期中にはアートブック／ZINEに限らず、さまざまな展示・販売、イベント、ワークショップ、フードトラックなどの出展を予定。「アートブックフェア」という名前にとらわれず、アーティストのための施設であるGASBONならではの、遊び心あふれる自由な展示・販売・散策・インスタレーション・パフォーマンスが行われます。

また会期中には近隣の農場ROOSTERと連携し、八ヶ岳を満喫できる食と音楽を交えた、のんびりとした時間を提供します。ブックフェアで手に入れた本を自然の中で楽しめるよう、フィールドにはテーブルや椅子、タープを設置。ライブラリーにはROOSTERゆかりの人々が選んだ本も並びます。

The Yatsugatake Art Book Fair is an autumn festival held in the serene setting of Yatsugatake. It creates a space where local and visiting artists, publishers, bookstores, galleries, farmers, chicken farmers, hunters, and other creators and co-conspirators come together. We aim to cultivate new creativity and dialogue together with people who love this region.True to the spirit of GASBON as a facility for artists, the fair will feature playful, free, and experimental displays, performances, and wandering experiences unconstrained by the typical notion of an “art book fair.” In addition, we are collaborating with the neighboring farm ROOSTER to offer a relaxed time enriched with food and music, so visitors can fully enjoy the spirit of Yatsugatake area.
